It looks like it was supposed to be factory built (everything is pop-riveted) but the wiring was a mess. It kind of still is, but all of the components are new save for some of the mechanical stuff that's still good. There were a few wiring errors, those were corrected. I'm now waiting a while before doing a final check. The only thing left is the power cord. This manufacturer didn't leave a big enough hole in the back to remove the back with the cord attached, so I'll use a death cheater to power it up and check things.
