They don't even give code endorsement for licenses anymore, although you can have a participation ribbon added to your license.

A number of modern HAM radios have Morse decoders. I'm not sure if they'll take typed input and send the Morse code for you though, but there are definitely programs that do that. Just might not be built into the radio itself.
