For what it's worth, and some may already know, these are Texas Instruments packaged chips, packaged in...

7110A = 1971 10th week Plant A. 7206A = 1972 06th week Plant A. 6940A = 1969 40th week Plant A.

We were making the same chips at Fairchild before I was hired (and continued making them) ... which was later bought by National Semiconductor which was later bought by TI.

This was assembled by a company called Halmar Electronics in Columbus. Looks like they may have lasted up until around 1990-91 when Siemens bought the company for certain technologies it had.

I can't remember whether the plant represents the fab the chip was made in or the assembly plant that packaged the finished device. It was a standardized format all American chipmakers used.
