I had never heard of this unit. But I was a fan of Zilog's Z80. Now there's a 32-bit Zilog model called the Z380.

I believe Zilog stopped with the Z380 and decided to concentrate on the microcontroller market as well as continuing to sell Z80s because they're such a versatile processor.
