Yep. Who wants to play /s/guesstherace

From the post:

>A Cleveland realtor accidentally filmed himself fleeing from gunfire after recording a property listing video on social media. Aiden Avtgis was sitting outside a house in eastern Cleveland's Forest Hills neighborhood on May 21 when a shootout broke out. The young realtor, who is a team lead at ReMax Infinity, was filming a video about purchasing investment properties. In the now-viral clip, he said: 'I just bought three houses in Cleveland, Ohio, for $60,000 each.' He would soon see firsthand why the properties were so cheap. The video shows Avtgis sitting on the wide rail of the steps leading up to the house's porch looking intently past the camera as a group of men can be heard shouting inaudibly.

I bet we can make AI videos like this in areas we want to buy to bring prices down to something actually correct in the inflated market (I know some markets are not doing so well but what people want for some properties is pure insanity).

Take over an entire noggified area. Populate it with like minded white families. Live long and prosper. Profit in ways most can't imagine.

Sounds like a plan. Make it so!

This is how this area used to be. Rockefeller even lived near there. Heck Shaker Heights even had it on the property deeds that land could not be sold to blacks!

What a time to be alive.

Like I mentioned in my response to Stupid Bird. The guy probably thinks the area might gentrified like Ohio City or Tremont. People made a lot of money owning property there.
