It's been awhile but we had a guy who could not grasp he had to do an MFA auth on his phone whenever the computer asked for it. Dumbass did the first one he saw and ignore the rest.Then at some point when he walked away to take a dump or jack off to gay porn he'd come back to a locked computer and to call the help desk. It took 3 people to explain to this tard what MFA was for.
Best part...three months this happened until when a person remoted into his machine and saw the pop up and asked the fucktardo to auth and asked why, I've already done that for day.
