Oh wait!!! How about all those illegals? Can't you just turn them into clinicians?

Frankly, I hate going into clinics/hospitals, so many DEI hires and affirmative action hires. Just recently, I had an LGBT doctor and his assistant show up. Their attitudes sucked!
