There are certain locations where you can not make money and provide the consumer any access to your inventory or even access to the property. "Delivery Only," could be a next step, but we already see how delivery drivers and their vehicles are targeted today.

There's really nothing to do except crack-down on the innocent. All shoppers can pick up their on-line order at the fortified store which is transferred to them through an "air-lock" system. We need legislation indemnifying the stores from injury to customers who are injured or robbed at the point of delivery. The low cost consumer should pay higher prices to recoup the costs of the high cost consumer. Vote for @9joe - xe has the inclusive and equitable solutions we need.
