Definitely noticing results on the treadmill which is great motivation.

Day 15 was the last day with real abstinence symptoms. It feels like I have almost succeded. Having the nicotine patches on while sleeping probably helped.

I'll stop using the nicotine patches soon. I'll record progress up to day 40, then I'll just assume I did it this time.
