0.13 GPA in UK terms, that's like getting an F on every homework assignment? I didn't actually know anyone from the lower streams at my school, but I'm pretty sure most of them could manage a D average? A string of F grades really is mentally sub normal, and if that was an average then you shouldn't be banning guns, you should be banning matches and any cutlery other than spoons... I wouldn't put off that Race War for much longer...
