The level of failure at Augusta Fells is perplexing, considering that they receive over $5 million per year in local tax payer funding and about $17,000 per student that probably comes from some federal funding.

This money isn't going into educating these students.

I didn't actually know anyone from the lower streams at my school, but I'm pretty sure most of them could manage a D average?

A string of F grades really is mentally sub normal, and if that was an average then you shouldn't be banning guns, you should be banning matches and any cutlery other than spoons...

I grew up in that fucking hellhole in the 80s. If you looked then, you could see it was on its way to this. I recall my schools music program being cancelled, because we didn't have the money for instruments...
