You don't know how many time he did this before and was asked nicely to stop. You don't know their history. You don't know his relationship with the man's daughter. You don't know his relationship with her family. There is zero evidence one way or the other. It's pure speculation. This is what Mark Twain meant when he said we do all kinds of feeling and mistake it for thinking.
