With things like this you don't know the story. It could range from the fiance being an abusive drunkard and the father not wanting the little shit who beat his little girl leaving shit on her grave ... all the way to the reverse. You and I don't know. Taking sides without information is just stupid and immature.

You are right, but there is evil somewhere in the situation. The storyteller could be the liar, but if the story is true then the dad is evil. because the father used the state to get him arrested (confirmed) i would default to the dad being the piece of shit who is a sociopath, or something around there.

Don't default to anything. Speculation is rarely right.

guy placed something at grave site of dead girlfriend. this is not an aggressive move against the father, and is factual. The father didn't just remove it himself, or get someone to tell the guy to not do it and to remove it. The father did use the state to arrest the guy. Father didn't comment on the report.

These are the things we know for sure.

There is a chance that the writer of the article is bought off by the guy and is trying to get people to hate the dad too.

Taking sides without information

Dude

Dude, what? You have no information other than the dude put a box of flowers on a grave and the father of the dead woman pressed charges. You know nothing else.

What if that nigger was your daughter's fiance and you tried to talk her out of dating him for years, but he just kept beating her up and she'd come back home to escape him. What if he stalked her at school/work and did shit like make sure she never had more than 1/4 tank of gas so she couldn't drive to far away from him. If there was situation like that and some worthless sack of shit wanted to leave flowers on my daughter's grave I would feed him feet first into a tree chipper.

What if... What if... What if...

no doubt there is a grudge, information is between the lines, but don't go "what if" imaging the why, when the information, (grieving man arrested over placing flowers on his dead fiance's grave) is a literal abuse of justice. You are the one espousing fictional rationalizations.
