As a former manager I never viewed hard workers as anything but strong assets, even the ones that acted like assholes were cool if they did their job well. Too many cohorts looked down on the factory workers that made the shit, that made the company, and mangers by extension, money. Also, I enjoyed smoking a doobie with the guys after work. on occasion. Okay most days. All right, every day until I changed jobs and moved to the shitty state of Jew Jersey, where turn signals were optional and drivers awarded themselves points for near collisions. I did not like NJ.

I only see my boss once week if I'm lucky.

My main issue is soft hand office people on job sites getting attitude because they think they are better than me even though I have more in demand skills and make better money.

It's like they think being in an office grants them privlege despite being less important or vital to the project.

Society has trained then to think this way

Fuck them. I coudl never stand snooty office bitches.
