Walmarts can be quite nice. It depends where the store is located. If it's close to any low income ghetto, of any color, the quality of the store will be below average. My nice white neighborhood has a nice Walmart only twenty minutes away. I stopped in a Dearborn, Michigan Walmart a few years back and thought I was transported to Syria or Jordan. That place had an excessive number of unvriendly Muslims working and shopping in it. Location is key to every business.
