100% agree. No excuse for him to not know about Brandon Lee since Alec is involved in the same industry. He should have known better. I hate it for the victims of his stupidity, though.
Oh it’s worse than that. There are specific rules about how these guns are to be handled. This isn’t something he’s unaware of, he’s hyperaware of it, they all are. He knew what he was doing even if it was an accident, he knew he was taking a gamble, a risk, this is more than negligence. It’s reckless.
Theydrill this into your head on every movie set where guns are used. He’s been in the business for decades. There’s no excuse for this. It’s not negligence, it’s manslaughter.
