"ixnay on the lemon-scray." i am not into descriptives like "wine, tea, citrus, bright, floral." i tried one of their dark roasts and it was just burnt. there are two coffees at freshroastedcoffee.com that suprisingly i really enjoyed that have citrus/berry respectively in the cupping notes: https://www.freshroastedcoffee.com/collections/single-origin-coffee/products/guatemala-huehuetenango-fto-coffee https://www.freshroastedcoffee.com/products/ethiopian-sidamo-fto-coffee?_pos=5&_psq=SIDAMO&_ss=e&_v=1.0 (go with 5lb bags for savings and free ship)

i don't want to do those everyday, but they can be a nice break from my usual sumatra, timor, dark mexican, etc they were nice. i am saddened that FRC doesn't carry the dark mexican chiapas anymore. it was perfection to my palate. and coffee prices are on the rise. i might ought to learn how to roast so that i can stockpile green beans.
