I still occasionally buy things from Amazon, but my purchases have dropped to about one-tenth what they were a year or two ago, before the Covid hysteria. The reason is simple -- Amazon's product variety has been severely restricted, and they have stopped putting things on sale. I can't find what I want, and when I find it, it is too expensive. I can buy cheaper at a local store. I only buy from Amazon itself, not from their "affiliates," who are unreliable. Amazon is turning into a second-rate EBay.
