My immediate thought after reading this headline: "Oh, so you're weeding out anybody who gives a fuck about any of the other things you probably care about very much." Somebody who doesn't care at all about your appearance probably doesn't care about theirs either. And here's the catch: they do care about your appearance, it's just that they've been so negligent of their own that they can't express their hypocritical demands for you without sounding foolish.
So, uh, enjoy living your duplicitous falsehoods in a dishonest relationship, I guess. Sounds healthy.
