Not that many without a medical condition. Some darker skinned Mediterranean women deal with milder cases of this. (Too much African blood thanks to the Moors.)
Most light skinned northern European women don't have issues like this. There are reasons the northern European woman continues to be the world 'standard' for beauty that all other races attempt to emulate.

Yeah it's true. Only Far eastern Asian women have no hair on their body. In fact their men have no hair too. So most of them use various creams to induce hair growth.
