If it comes to it, some third-world doctor will be around to get his palm greased to roll out a bogus vax cert. In 2019, the Orthodox Jews in the USA infected their own community with a measles pandemic when they brought that disease back from Israel (apparently a schiffhole country). Governments, like that of New York, wanted to force the jews to get the measles vaccine but were told no, muh religious freedoms.
So if a third-world doctor can't be bribed, claiming religious exemption is the next best thing. If it comes to it, i'd go full LARP of a kike before I take it.
