can you use the concept free market of free markets to argue against trespass of the commons? can you use free markets to logically argue what the lolberterians only have moralizing to argue for? im a few steps beyond what you even know can exist in lolbertarianism.

There is no tragedy of the commons in a libertarian society because all property is privately owned. There are no commons.

In contrast, with collectivist systems of government all property is said to be held in common by the state for the people.
