They did "classify" it for several decades so you couldn't get a copy. Then they declassified a highly redacted version. The redacted version is up on the CIA website.
Of course the CIA does shit like classifying BS to make adversaries think the BS is true, but I don't see the point of that for a book about catastrophism.
