I don't forsee family law as fixable because there simply aren't enough women with the morality and reason to accept that:
1) If you're a stay at home mom, that's your job.
2) If you quit your job you don't get paid anymore.
3) Demanding to still get paid is the reason half of us aren't getting married, ever.
4) "But what if I don't know he's a bad man who'll disguise himself as a saint, knock me up, and then abandon meeeeee" presupposes that women are fucktarded at assessing character in potential mates. That's the single most important feminine skill and would have killed any woman through starvation who was bad at it before the welfare state came along...but somehow 95% of them were amazing at it until 50 years ago. And it's only women who make this moronic argument.
And I dont say any of that because of some bizarre self-hatred. It's simply the same retarded conversation every time where old married women and guys grok my argument immediately, and unmarried women act like I just whipped out a cross and holy water.
Good points.
Women are the ones that initiate the vast majority of divorces. Why not when you leave with the cash and prizes?
As far as there being enough women who want to fix it. We might reach a point where women simply can't find men willing to marry or have children with them. If that happens enough we might start to see more women willing to push for change.
