The first one was never told that losing weight is very long term when you're that obese. I suspect that they're addicted to flavor, love to eat because it sarisfies the addiction (and not just to live), and deeply don't want to change their eating habits. It's really sad. There are so many fatass Americans compared to how we looked in mid-20th century pics.
