It is a fun image, but it is highly edited and totally inaccurate.
Here is the actual image of the glyph, in the tomb of Ankhmahor.

Paints don't survive that long, and it appears to be depicting Egyptians circumcising each other, not washing each others' dicks
If they were doing some circumcising, they probably washed them beforehand too.

Naw, they wuz kangz 'n' shiiiett.
But for real, I do do actually love/hate this meme.
It is objectively funny, having the Sub-Saharan Africans being dickwashers, and it fits totally into my world view.
Unfortunately, it probably isn't true.
I hate advocating for fact-checking, especially after we got so many years of "professional" fact-checkers professionally lying to us, but sometimes it is important.
People who agree with you, and people who disagree with you, are both willing to lie in order to sway your opinion.
And a lot of time people aren't even lying about anything when they try to sway your opinion. They are just unknowingly sharing false information.
Your opinion is incredibly valuable.
PR Firms and Intelligence Agencies wouldn't fight over it if it wasn't
Guard it well.
