The previous day drinking speaker, Dade Phelan, (who lost the gavel when his ill fated coup against Texas AG Kenny P failed) introduced this unconstitutional abomination of a bill. His replacement, Dustin Burrows, butters his bread from the same dirty dish. By all accounts, actions and appearances Dip Shit Dusty is even worse than Phelan.
