However, a preemptive pardon? Now.. that deserves an extensive investigation even if you can't put them in jail. What they have done needs to be put to light and even though they can't go to jail everyone needs to know what they did.
Like the Biden "laptop from hell". Even if he can't go to jail for it. We need the world to see the monster that he is.

My hope is, and I know it's unlikely, that the scotus rules that pardons can only be granted to people charged of crimes and Bidens pardons for the most part are invalid
