I think selective complaining is best. I've had two heart attacks from a bad artery. I suffered in silence both times for several hours thinking meh it's just heartburn. We men aren't the brightest when it comes to our own bodies.

That's how my father's father died, at age 65, 65 years ago this Christmas Eve.
It's how my older brother died in April. He had 24 hours to go to emergency and wouldn't. He was also vaxxed.
I'm sorry for your loss. I never had brothers or sisters so I avoided the pain of losing them ... but now both of my parents and all aunts/uncles have passed. I'm all that is left of my immediate family and that rather sucks, especially being newly single around the Holidays. Lots of reflection on wonderful Holidays past
