This is result of immigration and green cards to students h1 visas.
The companies can pick and choose high degrees. Low wages. Labor is flooded.
There’s no fixing it either. No deportations will happen. It’s not just deporting. It’s the news making it look bad. It’s trumps donors from technology companies Silicon Valley. And Israeli contributors. We are 100% fucked.

Cancel all Work Visa's as well as Student visas (if they are not White). Deport them all. Don't give them a choice.

Could make higher education less expensive like other countries. That wouldn't drive up the pay though, it would make the scenario in the image easier to swallow though

Cost of diplomas is directly correlated with government backed financing. Once gov put their hands into it, universities ramped up prices because of the student can’t pay the loans back, the government would. Everything to government touches turns to shit See Medicare and Obama care. Since inception. Health care prices went way up because the hospitals knew they would pay it (they being the tax payers at gunpoint by the government)

You are looking for degree mill morons from 3rd world countries. I have interviewed such a moron.

Their resume is glowing and they can get some (usually fake but not always) referrals but you ask them anything other than what is on their "interview script" and they can't answer another question for the rest of the interview. Actually, that happened last week.

Always look up the "schools" people claim to have a degree from. Some of them are a instant red-flag to cancel the interview entirely before even bothering. Your time is worth more.

Heh... I recently got a call from an old job wanting me to come back (I didn't even serve out my notice). Anon, we know it wasn't the best situation but please come back, yeah no... I fucking told you I couldn't staff the department at the rates you were offering, which resulted in me working my ass off to pick up the slack. You could have fixed it when I was there, but you fucking didn't so go fuck yourself.

I have worked at far too many places where I showed them "the way" to success and they refused. I put in my notice and they all of a sudden wanted to "give me a new project with all of the freedom I wanted" (what I already proposed) but with no resources, no extra pay, etc.. They even did the "The grass is not always greener". Mother fucker, You have already screwed me for years and now you are trying to gaslight me? Go and fuck yourself.

A few things here, most importantly, that company is either looking to hire from within, nepotism or they need someone that is enslaved by debt.

Its probably a fake listing so they can get a Visa-nigger from the 3rd world. They do this all of the time. "We could not find someone to meet the job requirements, please give us a visa allowance to hire a pejeet". I have seen it too many times and worked with too many of those pejeets (that are also given fake degrees) to ever want to work with any of those people ever again.
