I've often wondered why the southern hemisphere can't seem to get their shit together. I've been to Brazil several times for business and they have the land an resources to make a go of it. The functional cities are modern and technologically capable. I've been to the Christ the Redeemer statue in Rio - so they have Christianity and a moral baseline.

Is it IQ (Brazil 87 / USA 98)?

Are we meddling down there (alphabet agencies)?

Seems like a good opportunity for some 100+ IQ folks to set up shop and run a proper government from scratch. "Article 1: no Jews, Article 2....., etc."
