Lifting weights solves that issue. After about a month of lifting, three times a week, it'll be easy to start springing out of bed or jumping from a sitting position.
This. I've seen older people with mobility issues and I wish to delay that as long as possible. Coming up on 5 decades here.
When I lift now I take special care to protect my joints.
Right, same here. I've stopped squatting because it wreaks havoc on my knees.
Someone gave me one of those elliptical machines and it's really great low impact exercise. Like riding a bike or running except I won't crush my joints or break a bone falling.
I can't believe I just wrote that.
Lmao. Hey nothing wrong with that. Whatever keeps us going!
Out of curiosity, how many decades have you been on this earth?
