Yes. We have a choice between VOOTING for one criminal gang or the other criminal gang, and a few years ago it surfaced that they have a secret club where they meet and to conspire together. That club is in a basement of a building. Some very strange coincidences here.

Now when you think about it, it's a similar two party system like in US.

School boards are elected. One wants to allow school vouchers, one doesn't. I pay thousands to the school district but choose private school. Am I still vooting as you put it?
