Whites don't really have coal black hair like that, it's really dark brown that looks black.

White is diversity. The rest are just a mix of brown-ish skin and mostly brown/black hair and dark/brown eyes.

There are rare cases of someone with dark hair and bright eyes but it is very rare. In the White race, Hair, Skin, Eyes are all diverse.
