I would hope so...drinking age was 18 until 1984.

Being 20 in the '70s was also a hell of a lot better than being 20 in the '20s.

If a genie told me I could be changed to be 20 years old right now, or I could have my mid 40s body taken back in time and live out the rest of my life starting in the '70s, I would love to relive the 70s and 80s and most of the 90s again.
I'd love to go back if I could retain what I know now. I would rather have a younger body than the high mileage low compression model I'm driving at the moment.
