Sounds like KLA? Most of my experience involved test. We had an assortment of test platforms over the years, LTX, Credence, Teradyne, MCT, FST (Fairchild Systems Technology - Sentry V, VII and VIII) and a few others. Mainly Electroglas probers and various packaged part handlers.
