Where are all the surviving white colored items that would have reflected the blue light as well as all other visible wavelengths of light? And are all you "muh blue laser" people really basing your blue light claims on that one video showing a blue laser popping various balloons except the blue ones? Where's real evidence a blue laser was used? And why did the white colored items not survive? Use your brains...
They're misunderstanding how it works. The laser is infrared. It just so happens that some blue pigments also strongly reflect IR.

What wavelength of IR are you referring to for such a laser? Far IR doesn't give a shit about blue pigments. Also the wavelength would identify the type of laser so that would likely make most IR lasers completely impractical in such a scenario.
