I see a keme: Anti-German propaganda inserted with the style of march to equate NPCs as being as evil as "Nazi" Germany - implying the NPCs are "Nazis" and anyone outside of the "Nazi" formation and not "in step" with "evil Nazi ideology" gets erased.
