I can't remember the city, but a long time ago I watched a video where people lived in an abandoned underground area. I think someone figured out how to tap into the electric grid and get free electricity down there. Some guy went digging in trashcans and found a bunch of gay porn that he sold for his biggest score in garbage can digging. I think it was somewhere out west but not in California. I'm not sure.
