I’ll tell you what it reminded me of. It would be like if you had the toughest cut of low quality beef imaginable and you spent all day slicing it as thin as you can then pounding it with a meat mallet. It resembles what you see on the grill when cooks are whipping up a Philly steak sandwich, but the texture of the meat was super awful.
