The South Australian government just changed their public holiday legislation. In doing so, they have removed the names of the holidays for: - Australia Day: replaced with "January 26th" - ANZAC Day: replaced with "April 25th" - Christmas Day: replaced with "December 25th" They claimed that it was not about removing the names of the days. However, an amendment to put the names back was rejected by the government. So, it very much was about removing the names. Fuck these people, seriously.
