Ill be the first to admit sometimes Im a stupid motherfucker, and was around when this chirp shit started. But I still dont really get it.
The condensed version is blacks don't notice or care enough to change or remove the battery from their smoke alarm, it's a problem that exists in the present but once the chirp is done the problem is solved. This is present in a significant amount of black media as well.
