I listened to it and it sounded like some kind of remix. I didn't really get the stutter part, but then again I only listened one.
If I have to explain it this much, it must definitely be crap. Do you see the words at the bottom of the screen? They’re imitating what CC looks like. The audio is intentionally difficult to understand. That’s why the CC are there for the hearing impaired. The CC is repeating words just like Tim Pool does constantly.
The jew stutter is common and annoying. Tim Pool is annoying, jew or not.
I've never listened to that guy since I've always had a feeling he's a grifter and kike adjacent / friendly.
