They really believe that flu cases were down because masks work so good.
I was told that is wasn’t the masks, but the lockdowns..which makes sense because isolating yourself from other humans makes it impossible to get diseases from them.
Not that it makes lockdowns ok or anything. It doesn’t.
I take a different angle on this wuflu=Flu thing.
MANY of us around here look at it as a binary, mutually exclusive issue. As in, they passed flu off as COVID, therefore there is no such thing as COVID.
I think that they absolutely passed many flu cases off as COVID to boost their “COVID numbers.”
But I also think COVID is (or at least was) real.
I say this because I got it and it was definitely different than any other cold or flu I’ve had before.
So, both are true. COVID was real and they also inflated the numbers by any means necessary (including false positives and blaming flu on COVID).

Yes. The flu is manufactured (ie how else do they know the exact flu that will be in the future) and distributed via flu shots.
Late last year, they were saying flurona ,so they just need the panic and fear to keep it going.

Iirc, They base it on what variant was most prominent in the community the previous year, and each yearly flu vaccine can contain up to 4 different strains.
