I actually heard this exact argument when debating a dem in the city I used to live in. It was in regards to some African cuisine, not Mexican, but he said the exact same shit. Meanwhile, black crime, which had been relegated to a few streets downtown, was now running rampant across both sister cities and the police had begun quitting en masse because the local government made arresting blacks basically a crime.
