I would put on a mask if asked. I never gave any staff a hard time about it. I understand they likely need that job.
It was pretty crazy with enforcement here for awhile. They were even threating to revoke places liquor licenses if they didn't enforce a mask policy. Which was beyond stupid, because as soon as you sat at a bar or table you could take the mask off, but had to wear it to the bathroom or on the way to smoke. Made ZERO SENSE!
it isnt a logical debate one is having when arguing about masks. One reason I was so anti mask at the beginning is because I took an OSHA course that went over the different masks and respirators, and what they're used for. If I can with sound mind and reason know beyond shadow of a doubt you shouldnt wear a mask to ward off viruses. Almost everyone, apparently, did NOT get education on facemask safety and consequences of misuse of a mask. They just see a guy in a labcoat say its ok, and why would anyone listen to me (us) over someone with a fancier piece of paper.
That is what made 'trust the science' so frustrating. Anyone with just a little bit of smarts and common sense could see right through their 'science'.
