I dont know if they need another booster, and i dont want to say that i want the vaccinated to die since my whole family is vaccinated but, theres the possibility that people who are vaccinated are contaminated with something and spreading a bioweapon around, and if thats the case, then for the betterment of humanity, they probably should die to prevent the most loss of life
