I love those. My favorite was a really old TV some guy found in an abandoned room. It was really rusted and horrible. But the tenacity of the guy insisting on bringing that old tube TV back to life was fascinating. I only could find part one. Sad.
shango066 does a lot of that. Finds stuff in the desert and makes it work.
He doesn't restore stuff, just makes it live again for a few minutes because he can.
