While right to a fair trial is incredibly important, nigs are a different breed. The court system in the US was not conceived with black people in mind, it was designed to rehabilitate whites and blacks have taken advantage of that fact.

I heard it put rather eloquently once.
The legal system is meant to shame someone for doing something that they know they weren’t supposed to do…blacks simply don’t know they’re not supposed to commit crime.
