It’s not a gamble if you understand sleep cycles, wake up 30-80 minutes into a nap and you’ll feel groggy as hell. Ninety minutes is a nap, 10-30 minutes is a power nap. Needless to say, you should always aim to set your alarm in 90 minute increments to avoid a bad morning.

No alarm is the best alarm.
